1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of nutraceutical and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Product received is incorrect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • To the original mode of payment
  • Within 7–10 business days after approval

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
  • Change of mind after order confirmation

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

6. Replacement Policy

In case of approved returns due to damage or incorrect items, replacements will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
